Within 10 minutes I was brought into an ambulance. I hospital they glued my nose together (some sort of new technique) and there were some pictures taken of my left shoulder (after 2 years, I still have a bad shoulder). After 2 hours, I was released from Hospital, with swollen lips and nose. I looked like Cassius Clay after a bad fight. My G-Shock had survived the impact with the car window with a speed of about 75 km/h. The woman, driving the car was a schoolteacher, who had forgotten her reading glasses at home. She drove home at the maximum speed limit (50 km/h, which is very fast at that place), and had not seen me coming, probably also by the blocked view of that building.

When I got home, I realized, this was my 13th G-Shock. Not that I am superstitious or so… Well, it to me 2 weeks to recover that far, that I was able to work again. I never wore this G-Shock again…

The End!
