This is
maybe the most unpopular G-Shock ever made. It's the DW-6200. Although it's
unpopularity it features a complex chronometer with lap, split and target
times. You can switch the chronometer precision between 1/100 and 1/1000
second and it has a 10 seconds auto start. The target time can also be used
as a timer, there warning beeps sounds when the target is nearly reached and
an alarm sounds as the target time is reached. It's the first G-Shock I have
seen with 6 buttons.
It was
specially designed for Rally racing, so it's nicknamed "Rally" in Japan.
As you can see on the pictures, my "Rally" is heavily abused, there are a
lot of scratches on the glass and the case isn't quiet smooth, but it's well
functioning. On of the biggest flaws: It lacks a backlight, not even a micro
light! |
