These G-Lide DW-9000S models were released around
1998, along with the
DW-003S series.
The open structures in the watchband allow water to escape easily from
under it for ultimate comfort during water sports. I got this watch as a
gift from a friend of G-Peopleland, who saw I didn't have this model in
my collection. This blue version was nicknamed Sky Sweeper.
