This DW-6100HP-1 model was sold only in the US. It's hard to track down when it was released, but I think between 1992 and 1994. It comes in a great box (mine is a bit damaged due to shipping). The watch is attached to a miniature surf board. The strap is made of a thick type of cloth. In the back of the metal strap keeper the serial number is engraved, number 1666 of 3000.
