The digits on the Antman rotate while they change. Under you see the time rotate from 13:59:59 to 14:00:00. It only receives the JJY-40 40kHz signal in a 1000km radius from transmitter located at Fukushima, East Japan. It doesn't even receive the signal from JJY-60 in Kyushu, West Japan.
