This is  a yellow G-Lide, but I think the backplate is not the original one. It looks like a DW-002 case with a tripple eyed module like the first DW-6900 and the DW-069. The back shows Casenumber DW-6900, but I think it should be DW-002. If you have more info of this watch, please mail me.

Update: I just found one similar, but with another band. It's definitely a DW-002, probably not a G-Lide, with a wrong backplate, but still a beauty. Check out this link.
