The vintage DW-5600C from 1987 was in June 1996 replaced by the DW-5600E. This model features EL backlight with Flash function. The Dual time function is deleted, but the current time is also displayed in Stopwatch mode.

Here you see a red version with a protector. I bought this one in a shop near my hometown.
