Ozzie

I look like a real goon, although so would you if you had been driving 500km in 38 degrees sweltering humidity.. North East Thailand in front of a wooden house. North East Thailand is known as the Thai's as ISSAN, pronounced "E-Sarn"

This friendly and very busy Australian Guy is Elliot, better known as Ozzie. He probably owns the largest collection of G-Shock's that I know off, roughly 4 times bigger than mine. He and his wife Rieko took a lot of pictures of each other on their vacation in Thailand. Although Ozzie's favorite's watch is the Yellow DW-9350 Raysman, he wears a yellow Riseman on these pictures.

At the moment these pictures were taken Ozzie lived in Japan, but now he lives in his homeland Australia.

Mae Salong - This are is very high in North Thailand and is inhabited by many different ethnic hill tribe people and villages. They used to grow opium in all these regions but the government had huge success in getting rid of it all and introducing other cash crops such as: Strawberries and roses. This are used to be controlled by drug barons and was virtually lawless in the 80's. It is totally safe now.

Ostrich Farm, North East Thailand. Having a driving break along the way and discovered it down a side mud road.. I kept my distance as besides avoiding a peck on the back of the head, I was worried about that bird flu!
